How hard would this landing be considered? Any tips on landing heavy?

Looks to me like you were flying too slow and was too close to stall. Flying too slow will make you look like you're flaring pretty far from the point where a flare is usually performed (around 50 ft). In other words: you could have increased your approach speed.

 

What was your rate of descent at touch down? Looked like it was about 300-400 FPM, which really isnt too bad.

That was kind of a problem here - i was already going 160 knots  :wacko:
