If you just bought the product, it'll be sent to your email address that you used to make the purchase.

 

If you bought the product a while ago, you will need to purchase the extended download service. From there, you need to open a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com to ask that your URL be renewed/re-sent. After someone from support gets to it, the download link will be sent to the email you used when you purchased the product.

 

Also: it's a forum rule here to sign your name (full name) to your posts.

Correct, the support and eCommerce accounts are separate for good reasons including support for customers with boxed versions.
