Although I have downloaded and installed FS2crew when selecting the ifly 737NG configuration manager and ticking Voice control I get a message 'FS2crew voice control is not installed'

When you installed FS2Crew, did the FS2Crew installer auto detect the location of FSX?

 

Please re-install FS2Crew again.... ensure the FS2Crew installer detects the FSX main folder.

 

If it doesn't, you have a FSX registry problem, which can be fixed using the free Flight1 registry repair tool found here:
