December 5, 201411 yr Every time I try to load my NGX, it request my activation code. I enter it, and it says it's been activated, but this happens every time I choose to fly the NGX! I sent support an email, but have not heard back from them yet. In the mean time, what can be causing this problem? Johnny Rosario

In the mean time, what can be causing this problem? A couple different things can cause this. One of them is if you've followed any "tweaking" guides that tell you to shut off various Windows Services to get "better performance." More specifically, the service that is needed is FLEXNet, so check to be sure it is active. As far as your ticket goes, try logging back in to see if you have any pending tickets. I don't see it in the system at all. Kyle Rodgers

December 5, 201411 yr Commercial Member I found it and it was already checked. Although it says it stopped. Take a look at the startup type. If it's anything other than "manual," set it back to "manual." You wouldn't happen to have an ASUS computer, would you? Kyle Rodgers
December 5, 201411 yr Author No, I build my rig 3 years ago, and never had a problem until now. Kyle, what do you mean by startup type? Johnny Rosario
December 6, 201411 yr Author Okay, I can't figure out why this is still happening. Perhaps I should just delete my NGX completely out of my system, and reinstall it to see if that takes care of it. Johnny Rosario
December 7, 201411 yr Commercial Member Okay, I can't figure out why this is still happening. Perhaps I should just delete my NGX completely out of my system, and reinstall it to see if that takes care of it. I doubt that would help, honestly. Submit a ticket before you try that out.
