For REX4.....Checking out this sale (and I mean running the purchase through the checkout) I can't see how The Flightsim Store is 30% off as indicated.  The best deal seems to be FS Pilotshop.  Unfortunately I bought my original REX HD overdrive from Flightsim Store so can't get the extra $5 off at Pilotshop.
