I purchased also the extended download link 4 days ago and so far no reply . I also send a ticket 2 days ago.

As i have a extreme high speed new computer i wanted to download 777 and 737NG for FSX.

Judging by Ryan's (Tabs) reply here, that seems rather unlikely. Are you sure the ticket went through?

After you have purchased the EDS, you will receive an email from PMDG confirming the purchase and telling you exactly what to do. If you follow the instructions you should have no problems. Don't follow the instructions and you are in for a long wait just like you are now. If you still have the email read it again and do what it says. If you have any questions about PMDG's directions make another post and someone will try to help you.

I don't see anything in the queue from you. As Ryan mentioned in the thread that Thomas linked to in the above post, it's highly unlikely that a ticket would sit for days like that. Recently, I've been logging on during breaks from my day job, and usually clear the queue again just before heading to bed.

 

Did you use support.precisionmanuals.com to submit your ticket request?

Found the ticket, but it appears to only be 7 minutes old - not 4 days.
