Flight1 B200 Square Nav Lights

Featured Replies

Hello,

I figured this might be a DX10 problem so...

I'm running Flight 1's B200 King Air using the DX10 fixer- and in DX10 mode, it creates some colored squares instead of nav/beacon lights. The squares are appropriately colored (red and green), but... are squares. Is this something where I'd need to use the legacy slider? Or is it a problem with missing bmp files for the effect- that aren't compatible with DX10?

I would first try missing texture alert in fsx.cfg. If that detects some missing textures that sound like lights then contact flight1. I

f there aren't any and you know that is a legacy aircraft (appears untextured with dx10sf libraries uninstalled) then try with the legacy slider and options

That did the trick Steve,

I was missing the default fx_2.bmp file. All fine now! Thanks for the Showmissingtexture=1 tip!
