December 27, 201411 yr Hello and Happy New Year!! I want to uninstall FSPassengers and FSRecorder, since I do not use these programms anymore. Is the "uninstall" procedure through "Add/Remove" Programms sufficient or should I do any extra work? Is there any prossibility that a .dll file may stay inside FSX, after uninstall, and cause any problems? Thank you Dimitris
December 27, 201411 yr First option should be the Add/Remove Programs method for any uninstall. You may have to go into the dll.xml and remove any entry there (or disable it). There may also be a dll.xml backup in the folder that contains the dll.xml and fsx.cfg. They'll usually state something like 'dllxml before FSPassengers'. Problem using an old dll.xml though is that you have installed other programs since then so it is best to remove the entry (which is not for any beginning computer user).
