For some reason when I loaded up my NGX today it asked for an activation code. When attempting to log in to the PMDG site to access the code at displays a "web page is not available" message. Is this a known issue or is it user error on my part Thanks.

Works for me. Try going directly to the store first (here) and logging in that way instead of off of the main page, just in case.

 

Also, if it's suddenly asking for you to activate again, there may be something else going on. Have you changed your system configuration recently somehow? Disabling services? Firewall rules?
