Other than the installation side, are there any other changes in this release?

I have already copied across to FSX Steam the following:Copy fsInsider.dll from FSX installation folder to FSX-SE installation folder

Copy <MCE dlls> from FSX installation folder to FSX-SE installation folder.

Copy “”dll.xml” from C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\ folder to

C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX-SE\ folder.

Does MCE work OK with GSX in FSX Steam?

Thanks,

Stuart

There is no selective handling of GSX based on which version is detected, therefore no changes there.

As long as FSX-Steam can load fsInsider.dll, you can then proceed the same was as with good old FSX.

No new features in this package, except to negate the need to manually copy folders and such. Mainly to address FSX-SE side by side installation with MS FSX.

If you happen to be one of the view who reported FSX crashing with FsInsider.dll that shipped in previous version, you are advised to replace the dll in FSX folder with the one shipping in latest package.

To avoid downloading the whole package, here is the link to latest fsInsider.dll
