I am very familiar with the NGX and have been flying it for sometime but this week an issue has cropped up that I do not know how to solve.

 

When I am entering the details into the FMC and on the route page I enter the POSIT INIT information and the destination and then I click on CO Route and I get the list of all my routes but when I select the one I want the EXEC button lights up but not the Activate button and therefore my full route does not get entered into the FMC.

 

I have never experienced this issue before and I am wondering whether someone could throw some light on what may be causing this.

 

I do might flight planning through PFPX and always export it to my PMDG files including the NGX.

I have just downloaded the latest PFPX update,ticked all the PMDG export boxes and the route now load fine.

 

I think there was a problem with the recent update.

Not a problem really, it simply requires that you re-select your 'favorites' for export.
