Quick suggestion Steve.  Looking at a hi res shot of an Evergreen 747, the EVERGREEN INTERNATIONAL fonts on the fuse sit just a little higher above the long green stripe
 

I think the font is the right size now

Any idea on a reg number?  How about something in the N495EV to N499EV series?  Just a suggestion as you're the man with the paint brush!
