Upon starting the FS2Crew I get a female voice that tells me that it has failed to initialize.  However, it comes on. I get all the checklist prompts but I am not getting the cabin crew announcements.

Look up the "SDK Error" message in the Troubleshooting section.

 

You're probably using saved situation files... those are a no-no.
