MFAA for nVidia owners?

Featured Replies

Hi all;

When updating my nVidia driver I came across a blurb that said that the MFAA is for DX10 and DX11. Seeing as how I run FSX in DX10 mode, my question is what would be the benefit of using this new mode? Does it work in FSX?  What should my inspector settings look like with MFAA enabled?  I'm guessing that if MFAA works for FSX in DX10, that I may be able to eliminate other settings for, fingers crossed, better performance.

Any ideas/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

MFAA only works with the Maxwell series cards unfortunately, I will be very interested in how it works for those with 9 series cards.

I was hoping to hang on to my 570 a bit longer but if MFAA gives good results I may have to look at a 970 soon.
