At the +2 minute mark the ground crew calls to advise removing the jetway/stairs but all they say is "Ground to Cockpit" which I reply "Go Ahead" but they do not advised they are removing the jetway/stairs.  I hear the jetway/stairs being removed.

Did you see "Go ahead" in the Green Bar?

I pretty sure I did Bryan, have had the same result since using FS2Crew for the Airbus, 5 or 6 times, would have to double check...

Well did a test and NO my "go ahead" did not show up in the green bar.  Something I need to do?

Try running the voice training again.

 

Try saying "Go ahead" with more of an American accent.

p.s. Be nice if the voices could change preiodically  i.e. FA voice could be different ocassionally, not necessarily the FO but the others FA, Ground Handler, etc.  Just a thought.....but as my wife says, the more I think the more trouble I get into

There are multiple voices, but they are region specific.

 

Fly into a different part of the world and the voices will change.
