February 26, 201511 yr I personally am against putting the uiautomationcore.dll in your main fsx folder as it only fixes one crash, the fsx menu crash. You have to right click the fsx screen at least 19 times and, if the screen freezes up, then you should put a certain version of the uiautomationcore.dll in your main fsx folder. If you are not seeing these freezes after right clicking on your fsx screen and selecting an option at least 19 times, then it could cause compatibility problems as it is part of the Microsoft.net framework packages which are required to run your applications. Best regards, Just looking over alot of forums because my FSX has started crashing when I switch views from external to internal because I want to check my distance. Do you know which version of the uianimationcore.dll I should put in my FSX folder because my FSX seems to be having that issue when I click the menu. Thanks and sorry for waking an old post
