Thanks guys! Fixed it! FXAA off, and mipmapping OFF. 

SweetFX with Lumasharpen enabled will help a lot.

Also turn off the MIP mapping option for panels. Clears up the displays a bit. Too slow...

Also enable wide screen support just above panel mop-maps (should you need it).
