error message pmdg 777

after installing the pmdg 777 200 and addon 300, working with fs2crew. i get the following message popping up

 

The underlying connection was closed.

 

can anyone help me pls.

Do you have any firewalls blocking connection to the internet?

no firewalls. no antivirus installed.

 

when flying i am using the following software.

 

REX 4

Rex soft clouds

Avilsoft EFB

ASN

FS2Crew

777/300

Sim Physics X.

When does the message pop up exactly?

I'm not sure about FS2Crew (I don't use it) but ASN might be loosing ability to update weather if you update rate is set to 10 min.  First you're going to have to isolate which add-on is causing the error message.  It's not PMDG.
