I think their contract with CloudFlare fizzled out. Is this just accesses from Canada ?

Error

No....they are running into major hosting and/or forum issues.  This has been an intermittent problem for a couple of weeks now.  (But they are aware of it.)

Orbx and REX - they use the same host - so makes sense they are both having issues
