My guess is that whatever controller you are using for your throttle is not registering at full idle. Go to options/controls/assignments and select joystick axis and check each device to see what is controlling the throttle. Make sure only one device is selected for throttle, then try re-calibrating. The registered version of FSUIPC is the best way to calibrate, but you can also use FS9 for this.BTW, be sure to check out the PSS Dash 8 Support forum. I found a simple modification which corrects the nose high attitude of the Dash 8.Dale

The suggestions in the forum to correct the high nose pitch dont't go far enough.I needed to tune some more variables and even edit the ground effect table in the .air file to make landings a little more reasonable.Apart from that (and the fact that the FMS sometimes gets confused and skips waypoints when they're placed to narrow one after another) the PSS Dash 8 is still one of my favourite planes.Andreas

This will disable your joystick, and should allow "F2" to deploy the thrust reversers.A registered version of FSUIPC should allow you to compensate for noisy control inputs. http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.htmlHTH :-)
