Fsx still not smooth

Featured Replies

I got an i7 4790k 8gb of ram 1600 mhz, SSD, win7, and gtx 780 and the fps still drop and go up when panning. I honestly dont get it how any of u have a smooth fsx!!

I can get smooth FSX on my laptop, yes seriously. Its all in how you set it up and how much scenery you can display.

Dial in your scenery so that worse case scenario you can still maintain 30 FPS. Turn down traffic and some scenery settings, should still be med-high.

Next set your vsync to 1/2 refresh and lock to 30 in FSX. You WILL have a smooth flight sim.
