February 24, 201511 yr Hi , in FSX i have no problem , but in P3D V.2.5 i do,,, its only when im on the ground at ORBX airports , the texture refuses to become crisp and clear , when im in the air its OK ,, i dont have this problem when using FSearthtile scenery , while taxiing its a very detailed image
February 24, 201511 yr The "blurries" are caused by only one thing - high settings. When they are too high, your system will have a hard time rendering the textures. I would move your settings to the default then move a slider, maybe the texture resolution slider, a little higher until you start seeing the blurries again. That's the farthest, or best, your computer can go in regards to settings. Best regards, Jim Young | AVSIM Online! - Simming's Premier Resource! February 25, 201511 yr Author The "land detail textures " box is a menu selection in p3d and fsx ,, if you dont have it on your textures will be blurry on the ground , i DO NOT get any blurries in the air , does anyone out there have defined crisp textures at a payware airport with photoscenery whuile taxiing???
February 25, 201511 yr You need to look at the orbx control panel for the airport to see if there is a setting for detail textures. I don't own any orbx airports but check to see if there is a settings. Go to a default airport and see if it's blurry also. That will tell you if it's an orbx problem or not. Sean Green
