In the process of purchasing the Prepar3d. I have FSX now.

When I look at the product page of prepar3d, what version is the appropriate to buy? So all the add ons like PMDG will work?

All versions are compatible with the addons, the differences lie in what you are licensed to use the software for which, as Kyle has pointed out, is for you to decide.
