I was using the Mindstar GNS 430/530 in P3D 2.4 and FSX but with P3D 2.5 I had to do a complete reinstall of the simulator.  I try to just run the newest installer but due to the GNS being in FSX already it only asks for a repair etc.

 

I guess I'm going to have to uninstall the GNS completely from the system and start over again.  Do I need to send Mindstar an email for the uninstall and reinstall to get the gauges installed back into P3D or is there another way to reinstall into 2.5 without a reinstall?

We are looking into a way to prevent this situation from coming up again in the future. In the mean time, I think the only thing you can do is uninstall and then reinstall the GNS software.
