March 1, 201511 yr Hm, that must make a sensation because even Word Not Allowed confirmed the combination of listed addons causes an OOM. Please share the "secret to infinite life". Sorry about "demanding", it (bad choice of words) came out of frustration -))) I shall try a flight with Vector disabled as suggested, may have to give it up if that's what it takes. Nobody - even Word Not Allowed - can make the flat-out statement that a certain combination of add-ons WILL cause an OOM as an absolute fact. And, although I respect his deserved reputation in the community as a knowledgable expert, he is not infallible. In other words, something is not necessarily "so", just because a specific person says it. There are far too many variables. Every user's combination of hardware and software are unique. It's not like a gaming console where every unit of a particular model is identical in all details to every other. Programs like Orbx Vector, ASN, and FSX each come with dozens of selectable settings that can greatly effect how much CPU, GPU and VAS resources are used. The combination of 3 or 4 such highly-configurable programs all running at the same time, mean that there are literally hundreds of possible setting combinations between them - some of which probably ARE guaranteed to produce an OOM, but not every combination will have that result. I have flown the 777 in FSX for many hours, in conjunction with ASN, FTX Global 1.30 + Vector 1.20 + Pilot's Global Ultimate mesh + Orbx OpenLC Europe, flying out of FSDT JFK V2 into the new Aerosoft Heathrow - and have never had an OOM. Not once. In fact the only consistent OOMS I have ever experienced in FSX are caused by the FSL Concorde-X. I absolutely cannot run that aircraft for a full flight using any kind of add-on airport scenery. Everything has to be default "or else". While my in-game settings are not "all sliders full right", neither are they overly dumbed-down. I still have plenty of eye candy - especially ASN weather, which I run pretty well maxed-out.
