hi all,

If I download liveries into the pmdg 737 via the ops centre, they show in there but then not in p3d when I come to select the aircraft?

 

any ideas would be appreciated,

They'll be listed under Boeing, not PMDG.

P3D doesn't use the same method of showing the aircraft that FSX did. As mentioned by Dave, look under "Boeing" in the alpha sort.
