Cannot find my order in my account

Hi all

I bought the 777 200 almost 2 years ago. I wanted to update to latest version,but my order does not show in my account. 

I emailed support 45 days ago.No reply.

Can you please advise how I can retrieve the order and update .

No one can possibly help you unless you post your full name.  This is also a requirement in the PMDG forums.

 

Also, PMDG does not provide support via email.  Go back to their web page and click on the link for PMDG Product Support.  Open a trouble ticket and they will help you out.
