The NGX and 777 both come with SDKs that should fit the bill for most applications regarding hardware, unless you're referring to the versions where people just use a ton of monitors.

I have done this with JetMax which is the FDS SSTD. I have the full Captain side amd Lower Overhead. It works quite well. The trick would be moving to a full flightdeck given you would have to run 6 monitors plus main visuals. I keep thinking about running the DUs and primary on a single PC and the visuals on a second PC with WideView or a multichannel configuration.

Right now I'm in the planning phase with Pete Cos at FDS, I have to call him tomorrow. I still have some time to sort things out but I'm still not sure about the projectors. Trying to find someone who's using the BenQ W1080ST 1080p 3D Short Throw DLP Home Theater Projectors with P3D2.5... I'm looking to get three for a 220 degree view.

 

It didn't dawn on me (until Pete Cos mentioned it) when I was looking at their web site, their prices are listed in CAD not US dollars... The exchange rate is very favorable for lets say 50k US, it's actually 62,551.63 CAD... I'll get more sim for the buck, and that is a nice suprise.
