Have you had a look the CTD guide on this site, available at the top of the forums..? Good guidance there.

Under "Hot Spots".

Jim provided  me good information. I reviwed CTD guidance. I also applied recent  PMDG 737 "Fix" and P3D "Fix"

I will make  a long-flight test.  I hope all fixes solved the problems. :LMAO:

Your last error message indicates Exception Code C00374 which means "STATUS_HEAP_CORRUPTION" which is common. You could have the wrong Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables installed. P3D uses Microsoft Visual 2010.

You could have bad system files causing the heap corruption. You might try scanning your system for corrupt files - http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ht/sfc-scannow.htm.

Of course the AVSIM CTD Guide discusses heap corruption too. It will sometimes result in a StackHash or ntdll.dll faulting module.
