Sorry to be a pain, but I've tried to submit a ticket, but your log in site won't accept my name and e-mail address, and as I stated above, I know were the files are being installed to, but the installation process happens so fast with the 600/700 file, that I can't use browse to re-direct the files to the correct folder, on steam!

Hello Mal, I have the same issue,I reported it back to PMDG, what temporarily helped me was installing it to FSXSE by selecting installation option for FSX. (only in case you run single installation with FSXSE)
