what do you guys use to auto save your flights. I have been seeing a bunch of them out there. But do they work well with the Pmdg ngx and also saving the panel states?

Paid version of FSUIPC, you don't need anything else. 

I found that the annoying thing about Autosaves is the pauses it caused during flight.  My sim always froze for about a second to autosave.  So I no longer use it.
