Just wanted to know if anyone is experiencing this.

 

DTG release an update, version 62613, and now FSX:SE is crashing at start with a message about PMDGSounds.dll being the problem.

It probably is just the version change, but who knows...

Should I open a ticket?

You can tryuninstalling the PMDG aircraft (from FSX as well in a dual install), download the updated installers and reinstall.  It should fix this incompatibility with the new simconnect version in FSX-SE.

Sorry, disregard the problem.

Was my own fault.

I had deactivated my sound device. And PMDGSound.dll and FSLabsSound.dll both crash if you don't have a sound device.
