Thyey worked will in FsX, but when I installed them in P3dv4.5, they didn't work as well, and I had some black areas in the panel. I reverted to the original textures. Your mileage may vary.

Yes.  I haven't had any problems, as far as I recall.  The only exception:  You can't use the REX WX Advantage radar.
