May 14, 201511 yr Did your saved states work ok? In the last 737 update, there was a note to delete all saved states before the update, as it was causing issues with an invalid master caution warnings. The only time I recall instructions to clean out folders before installation was back several service packs, and it was for a specific reason; that is, the panels state files had been changed. The instructions are always "keep it simple." If the instructions are to remove previous version and install new version then you DO NOT need to remove anything that is not removed by the uninstall method. I recall a bug related to the caution light but that got picked in and has nothing to do with saved panels states (to the best of my recollection which is imperfect). We really do beta test these updates and try to break things by installing every way we are allowed by the installer to install. Dan Downs KCRP
