I'm not entirely sure why this is happening now but ever since I installed the new update, P3D crashes to the desktop everytime I hit my TOGA button. At first I thought it was FS2crew and so I uninstalled it but even sitting at the gate, engines off, I hit the button one or two times and the sim crashes. Does anyone else have the same problem? 

Never heard of that one before. Since it's happening without FS2Crew on your panel.cfg, something else is wrong.

 

I'd re-install the 777 aircraft cleanly, then re-add FS2Crew.

 

Clean reinstalls can often cure weird gremlins.
