I'm not entirely sure why this is happening now but ever since I installed the new update, P3D crashes to the desktop everytime I hit my TOGA button. At first I thought it was FS2crew and so I uninstalled it but even sitting at the gate, engines off, I hit the button one or two times and the sim crashes. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Not sure how many of you guys know about this but it's a little practice I was told about when I started learning about towing the triple 7s at work....that as far as I know no one does anymore because I'm sure It's not good for the electrical systems. Anyway if you're too impatient to wait for the APU to spool up or aircraft to slowly come to life in a cold and dark configuration so you can select the GPU from the CDU, go up to the upper overhead panel after turning on the battery, flip open the guard from the Standby Power and select BAT. She'll come to life a little quicker, just don't forget to turn the standby power back to off. Otherwise, far as I understand you'll be running off the standby inverter.

Currently working on Delta's LR fleet, ships 7101-7110. I've changed the amount of dirt on each bird so far so all 10 T7's will vary, albeit slightly, visually.

You can't see them from the cockpit. Believe me, I've even tried pressing my face against the window at work. The only way is if you open it up and stick your head out.

I'm not sure about runway 27R but it's definitely used (unless a heavy says they require the full length) on runway 9L at KATL. Swing by anytime traffic is headed eastbound and you'll find aircraft taking off 9L at M2 while landing traffic crosses behind from Papa to Lima. Very effective.

I was under the impression deploying the speed brakes past flaps 5 was a No-No.

I've been flying exclusively from the right seat since i bought the NGX. I'm still an F.O. in the 73 for DeltaVA and plan to be until I have time to sit, watch, and read the manuals, and videos from AOA until i understand the airplane like the back of my hand. I've played around flying from the skipper's side before and i find it just as awkward as you did flying on the right side Diego.

Does anyone remember the Delta maddog that burst the right mains after landing at KATL and caught fire not long ago? I had the pleasure of towing that bird to the TOC once MTC put on a new set of wheels on and lemme tell you that bird had EXTENSIVE damage around the mains and wings. But a few months later wouldn't you know, I saw her parking at a gate full of PAX. Some of yall might be amazed by how much serious damage must be done before an aircraft is unsalvageable.

In the CDU go to the aircraft/failures option, then select the system you'd like serviced.

I guess I'm just lazy in that whenever the DH gets to high for my liking i just which to radio altimeter. :(
