Boeing 777 & HGS?

Recommended Posts

Just a question for my learned friends out there....do any 777 carriers utilize HGS with their aircraft?

Rgds,

The 777 doesn't really need them since they don't normally operate from small fields like the 737.

FedEx actually only has 1 aircraft currently equipped with it too and it is very different from the NG HUD. It has a FLIR and everything built in. I do not expect we'll be modelling this.

Thx Ryan.

I find it odd how the 777 carriers worldwide appear as though HGS is not an imperative. And yet, the 787 carriers for the most part are opting for it.

I think the 787 HUD is standard for both pilots.
