March 17, 201214 yr Greetings - firstly let me say I have searched this forum.I am getting the marker sounds even though the MKR buttons are not lit. I did read in one thread about a MKR button on the upper panel but have not found that. Any solutions as to why the sounds are there when they shouldn't be? William Hall
March 17, 201214 yr I'm not sure as to why, but if you want to get rid of it, assign a key or button to the Maker Identification action. Arrey AtiKATL Supertug
March 18, 201214 yr Greetings - firstly let me say I have searched this forum.I am getting the marker sounds even though the MKR buttons are not lit. I did read in one thread about a MKR button on the upper panel but have not found that. Any solutions as to why the sounds are there when they shouldn't be?The reference to a button on the upper panel likely was to the comm panel up there. It works the same as the two on the pedistal. Also, be sure the marker buttons you're looking for as lit are the one circled in red in the picture below. Herman Ross Seattle, USA
March 18, 201214 yr If you have certain key assignments assigned to certain things like I do then you may find that the MKR Audio Ident is being turned on accidentally.I run EzyDok and use my G13 to switch between 20+ views which all take a separate key assignment, and FS uses a lot of SHIFT+CTRL+XX for their Audio panel so I have to go in and unassign a lot of those settings within FS.Maybe this helps, maybe not, just my experience.Cheers Adam James Thermaltake Armor + | Thermaltake Tough Power 1500WT PSU | i7 920 @ OC'd 3.8Ghz | GA-EX58 Extreme | Watercooled | 18GB DDR3 @ 1600 @ 9-9-9-28 | GTX580 SOC | OCZ 120GB Agility 3 SSD for FSX, | Windows7 x64Bit RTM | 4x AOC 22" LCDs @ 1680x1050 |
March 18, 201214 yr Author Thanks guys - none of the buttons are lit so very strange. Soon be time for a reinstall as there are a few issues with FS2Crew. Maybe that will sort it. William Hall
