I assume you have both FSX Steam and FSX Boxed version on the same computer.  In Windows 7 or 8, for the Steam version the folder is:

 

C:\Users\[YOUR NAME]\Documents\Flight Simulator X - Steam Edition Files

 

For boxed version it is:

 

C:\Users\[YOUR NAME]\Documents\Flight Simulator X Files

 

(It might be a different drive letter, depending on your installation.)
