May 26, 201511 yr Diego Garcia freeware, Maldives from Aerosoft, P3D 2.5 Our 727 might not only be the slowest, but most probably also the oldest plane parked here Heading for paradise Now it gets visually more interesting: we have reached the Maldives atolls Nasir Intern. and Male to its right Welcome to paradise Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080
May 28, 201511 yr Author Thank you, HL. It's appreciated Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080
May 28, 201511 yr Great shots but 727 is not slow LOL it is mach 0.83 to 0.81 cruising speed plane LOL Regards, Aharon
May 28, 201511 yr # 4 is just gorgeous. And who cares for the guys who fly in with their Citation or Learjet. The 727 rules, no matter how old she is. Regards, Harald Harald Geyer Gründer der Messerschmitt Freunde Dresden v. V.
May 29, 201511 yr Author Thanks a lot, gents and Harald, you are correct: the 727 rules (almost as much as your Tu-134  ) Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080
May 29, 201511 yr Wow what a co-incidence, I flew this route (but the opposite direction, Male > Diego Garcia), just a couple of days ago. And there was me thinking it was such a 'far out' route that no-one else had probably flown it ha ha! Great pics!
May 29, 201511 yr almost as much as your Tu-134 B) By the way, I came to the Tu-134 after my beloved Dreamfleet 727 for FS2004 did have flaws under Win7. Some pilots fly it without complications, but I never solved these problems satisfactorily. So I know what joy it is to ride this plane. Harald Geyer Gründer der Messerschmitt Freunde Dresden v. V.
May 30, 201511 yr Author Did you ever try the CS 727, Harald; they have a version for FSX and FS9. The one I have used here is the FSX version, ported over with EMT to P3D 2.5 Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080
May 31, 201511 yr No Bernd, I haven't. The CS version for FS9 is said to be much inferior towards the new FSX version as well towards the old Dreamfleet model. The HJG version is still an alternative to try... Harald Geyer Gründer der Messerschmitt Freunde Dresden v. V.
