I've never had a Garmin BSOD on me:

After it rebooted and did the same thing, just shut it off. Anyway, beautiful evening to do a couple of practice approaches in the Bonanza. Here we're getting vectors after going missed on an RNAV approach to return back home and shoot the ILS:

Wow, Windows NT!

 

I saw a cashpoint (ATM) crash that was still running NT, that was last year...

 

Amazing how many devices are still running ancient OS versions... :)
