June 9, 201511 yr I came across these myself a week or two ago and even after years of flying the desktop and studying real world procedures to learn as much as I can, I still find myself learning more from these videos. He's definitely knowledgeable and he's got a great "instructors" voice. Definitely some videos to watch.
