Hi, FS2Crew had been working in my pmdg 737-NGX I had to re-install my FS2Crew and it is asking me to download and install SP1C, but PMDG is not requiring this patch, (after re-downloading my PMDG and the download center) So my FS2Crew will not work could you give me some direction please, Thanks Randy Harrill

Just click "Okay" and ignore that message.

 

You have SP1D, so everything is fine.

I'm having the same problem with the737NGX (FSX) I had to reinstall it now it gives me an alert as attached.

Informing me that I have to install SP1C.
I'm registered on the FS2Crew website but my donlw doesn't appear.

FSX is going back a long way in time, but so long as you don't have any SDK warning messages, you're okay.

But the problem is that it opens the old fs2crew panel

Press the "PWR" button.

What panel are you expecting?

Press the "CFG" button to open that panel.

 

The first figure is the one that currently appears in my mind.
The second picture is the one I saw before I had a problem with my PC (which I've now solved).
The current picture, when I click on the "CFG" you mentioned, shows what you see.

Please do this:

1. Delete the PMDG 737 aircraft.

2. Manually delete the PMDG 737 folders in the Simobjects folder if they are left over.  That is very important.

Your PMDG 737 is now totally clean.

3. Reinstall FS2Crew.

I'm not sure what you've done, but it almost appears that maybe you've installed two FS2Crew's on the same plane.

Okay, I'll clean the 737.
Then I'll install it again and then FS2Crew, but I wonder if it's enough to install PMDG 737 NGX REBOOT CAPTAIN'S SET FSX P3D.

Yes, it should be okay.  

If you own the boxed 737 version from Aerosoft, just ensure you have the very latest PMDG update.  I recall it was a separate download from Aerosoft for boxed CD version owners.

But as I said before, so long as you don't get an SDK warning message, you're okay.

I bought it from PMDG itself and the "PMDG Operation Centre" updates it straight away.
