lost my pmdg 777 it took me a long time to set it by reinstall and i lost my email that i had when i bought it ialso have the pmdg 737 and that its working perfect could you please tell how i can reinstall the 777 so i can save too now i know how to set it up.

Go to this page - https://www.precisionmanuals.com/ProductCart/pc/Checkout.asp?cmode=1 and login. You may need to register first if you don't have an account. After you have entered your email address and password, press enter. On the next page click on view previous orders. On the next page find your order and click on more then order details. On the next page click on URL link and a page will appear with a download link. Click on the link and what downloads will be the full installer

Also, to add to Michael, if you have changed email accounts then submit a trouble ticket with the old and new and they can combine the sales account such that all orders are together.
