July 12, 201510 yr Hello! I love my new pmdg 737 but i have only one problem with it. When i am manually controlling the plane for landing the flight controls are very sensitive and makes even the tiniest movement of my Saitek Proflight yoke steer the plane fast making my landings bumpy and messy. Ive never had this problem in another plane before and was wondering if there is any way i can change this thankyou! - Andrew Y.
July 12, 201510 yr I can't say I find the NGX excessively sensitive and I use maximum sensitivity in FSX. It could be the way you have your yoke calibrated. Check that full control surface movement (elevator/aileron position) occurs with full yoke deflection. If the control surfaces are reaching full deflection with your yoke only partially deflected then that might explain the problem. The NGX doesn't need much of a flare during landing. A couple of degrees nose up pitch. If you are overdoing the flare than that could cause problems.
July 12, 201510 yr I have to agree, in fact I have the opposite problem in that I'm struggling to make it sensitive enough. Best question, how have you configured the controls? FSUIPIC? FSX default? Do you have drivers that allow you to change this sensitivity. Chris Smith

July 13, 201510 yr ill try those tests and the problem is not when flaring but when rolling the aircraft. You said your landings were bumpy so I assumed you had flare problems. So is pitch sensitivity OK? If you have FSX turbulence turned on, try landing with that switched off. It does strange and quite unrealistic things.
July 13, 201510 yr I'm not sure what "rolling" the aircraft is either. We can still get in trouble for rolling things in Texas. Dan Downs KCRP
July 14, 201510 yr I have not configured the controls yet I will try that and what kind of drivers should i use? ill try those tests and the problem is not when flaring but when rolling the aircraft. Configure them. Don't worry about drivers for now. Install the drivers for what control you have installed. But configure first, then move out from there Chris Smith
