Does anybody else have trouble with the registration of the product? When I try to register I got a message that says "Invalid Name".

Does anybody else have trouble with the registration of the product? When I try to register I got a message that says "Invalid Name".

Same here, i sent a ticket.

Are you using same name as your order? Try deleting and re-entering on screen. 

1. Don't enter a middle name.

2. No hyphens.

3. No non standard English characters.
