Are you loading the PMDG in a default panel state? Try re-loading FSX and confirm if you still have the problem. 

as soon as I connect it with fs 2 crew it opens the first window with the written error I tried to uninstall fs2 crew previous NGX in 2014 I tried to uninstall also the whole package of the PMDG aircraft and re-install but nothing gives me the usual error to practically push start nn can not turn on the motors for this error sdk

I tried all day in every possible way by riparire several times but nothing FSX

9 times out of ten, users are using saved situation files.  Those are a no-no.

 

Default aircraft on the Free Flight screen should always be the Trike in FSX.

 

Also check the Trouble Shooting section in the Main Ops PDF manual.

I have checked and I confirm that I have SP1c for PMDG 737, everything is ok. Please note that before the installation of this Fs2crew reboot, in my pc was installled F2wcrew and run very well.

You need to download and install the latest version of the PMDG 737.  It has SP1D built in.

 

If you purchased the NGX from PMDG, you can download it via your PMDG account.

 

If you purchased from somewhere other than PMDG, you'll need to ask PMDG what to do.

Yes, assuming you bought the PMDG 737 "aircraft" from the PMDG website.

Yes, you need the very latest version of everything.

 

You will need to uninstall I think.  The PMDG installer will tell you what to do.

Make sure you enable FS2Crew via the Config Manager.

all sorted thanks bryan another application for opening new window on the main connection fs crew there as a command in the fs 2 previous crew?
