T7 Paint Kit Issues

Featured Replies

I'm not sure if this is me or not, but I've run into a problem with the Vert Stab and some serious alignment issues on the starboard side. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks as if the master texture sheets are off?

Yeah not only that but also look at the area where the wing meets the fuselage. The paintkit is just bad.

With kind regards, Bogdan Misko.

Obviously people have gotten it to work as evident by the various liveries out there. I'm at a loss on this one though.

So.... just select the part that's on the stabilizer or the rudder and move it accordingly until it aligns?

edit.

By the way, just to be precise, this is not the paintkit's fault but rather a little miskate done by a modeller when unwrapping the model's UV. There is absolutely nothing else you can do. Just like when you're placing a graphic that spans across two textures and you have to cut it in half and align, you're doing the same here. It's not a rocket science, it just requires a little bit of patience

Cheers, George.

For what this addon costs, I'd have thought they'd have paid a bit more attention to begin with and or provided a updated and fixed PSD for it. Guess I'll muck about with it.
