Backing up FSX installation to discs

Recommended Posts

Thanks Chas. I'd really be interested to know if the registry entries for ORBX have been included in the backup (if you have any ORBX installed). Thanks for the update.

Re Orbx scenery yes..the author alludes to being able to back-up and restore flawlessly. For $11.00, thought I would give it a shot….I backed everything up, but I won't do a test restore yet...check his site Google FSCUBED.

You can download it and install it, but you will have to wait until we download it and release an FSCubed version for it ourselves before you can restore sir. We will need a bit of time to do that. At least a few more days. This is because the version you have will not be able to detect P3D v3.

Are you going to install it alongside v2? Do you have the required desk space to do that?

Asking since I would not let go of my v2 yet until v3 proves virtual air worthiness!

Hope this helps
