September 16, 201510 yr I have just purchase the citation and the navigragh data base, love the plane without the navigragh data base however with it install the plane is un-flyable due to the nav data trying to update and causing low frame rates. I let it update and 50min latter it was only 22%. I have contacted Carenardo and got a response that had nothing to do with my issue. Some v-pilots are able to use the both together as I have research my problem, while others like myself are stuck with a program that doesn't work. Any help would be great. Frester.
September 23, 201510 yr I am having problems with the nav data as well. All I get on the system after powering it up is: "Loading Data Base". Kept it on overnight and nothing happening. I also could use some insight. Thanks
December 16, 201510 yr Hi, figured out the same problem with the navigraph database for the Carenado Phenom 300. The Carenado user helpdesk did not understand my problem, as well. However, I found a solution. On my system everything works fine, if I login and start the FSX as administrator. The navigraph database will be installed immediately (less than 2 sec.) and I can use the FMS of the Phenom 300.
